BC Power Producers release green power jobs dvd

The Independent Power Producers of BC have released a dvd entitled “Generating Green Power and Jobs in BC”, showcasing a number of different renewable energy resources, and the people involved in harnessing them.
It includes on-location footage of run-of-river hydro, wind power, biomass, and energy-recovery generation projects, and talks to a variety of stakeholders including government, First Nations, skilled workers, and Mayors of BC towns located near power projects. Several fact sheets are also included with the dvd.
